The Radiance Group was established under the vision of Mr. Sharad Goel in 2010 to revolutionize the standards of luxury accommodation. With a distinguished legacy spanning four decades, Mr. Sharad Goel's entrepreneurial journey has traversed a myriad of industries, from petroleum products retail, automotive retail, construction, and publication, to its current zenith in hospitality. Supported by Mrs. Rekha Goel, Mr. Saurabh Goel, and Mrs Sajal Goel, the enterprise is driven by a commitment to excellence across its diverse portfolio.

The Group started its hospitality journey by providing Co-living accommodation services for working women in Gurgaon. It was a first of its kind project in the city providing homely care and security to a growing population of female professionals relocating to Gurgaon from across the country in pursuit of excellence in their careers.

The Group started its first hotel project in 2013 in the holy city of Vrindavan. The Group later partnered with Sarovar Group of Hotels to launch Nidhivan Sarovar Portico which was a pioneer in bringing branded hospitality to the city. The hotel is still amongst the most preferred hotels in the city and loved by pilgrims for its satvik and various offerings capturing the essence of Braj heritage.

Rishikesh is the next destination for the team, where the Group is in the process of setting up a boutique, experiential resort. Away from the hustle bustle of the city life, the resort will be an oasis for those looking to reconnect with nature and themselves.

As the Group embarks on a trajectory of unprecedented growth and innovation, it steadfastly upholds its pledge to curate unmatched hospitality encounters where the hills, the valleys and the flora and fauna of the land will be the highlight of the stay. Guided by a dynamic leadership team and fortified by a legacy steeped in excellence, the company emerges as a shining symbol of luxury and distinction within the realm of hospitality, setting new benchmarks and redefining the standards of guest experiences.

Driven by a mission to make luxury accessible to all, the visionary leaders have targeted emerging tourist hotspots where upscale yet affordable accommodations are scarce.

The Radiance Group started their hospitality journey with Vrindavan and now intend to spread their presence to other destinations which align with the philosophy of the company. Rishikesh is the next project which is targeted to be completed by 2029 - aiming to establish 30-50 key resorts within the next 3-5 years. This bold initiative not only highlights their dedication to boosting tourism but also aims to instil confidence in overlooked destinations, igniting their potential for growth.
